If there’s one thing a Milanese knows how to enjoy it is an aperitivo

I have noticed on several occassions in Milano Fashion Week that If there’s one thing a Milanese knows how to enjoy (otherwise it’s work, work, work) it is an aperitivo.
For those who live in the city the best time of the day is when you meet up with friends after the office for a cocktail and something to eat (no aperitivo is complete without good food).

The aperitivo is one of the most cherished Italian pastimes. And while this predinner drinking ritual didn’t exactly originate in Milan, it’s safe to say that the tradition is at its strongest here.  And now this great Italian tradion is coming to Tel Aviv!

It looks as if Tel Aviv's balmy nights and long-shadowed sunsets were made for aperitivo time.

Say hello to "L'inizio" Modern Apperitivo by Martini. Starting of 18.5.17 the leading bartenders Omer Gazit-Shalev and Ray White will make the space of the WhiteVilla boutique hotel on Ben-Zion Boulevard a fine Italian bar serving martini-based drinks and other excellent Italian produce.

In the "L'inizio" evenings, wonderful & delicious snacks of Chef Oren Eskio will be served to the tables at the invitation of two cocktails at a special price of 120 NIS.

The hotel's wonderful location ensures a complete and enjoyable entertainment experience so that the people can spend an entire evening at the bar or just a "small glass" next to one of the nearby cultural centers (Habima, Tzavta and more). The cultural atmosphere will begin at the bar where a band will be playing live Italian music making one special evening experience.

Will be launched on 18.5.17 and thereafter every second weekend:
1.6.17, 15.17, and 29.6.17 from 18.00 to 21.30.

המסורת של שעות האפריטיבו הנפלאות מצפון איטליה מגיעה לישראל:

L'inizio" Modern Apperitivo By Martini"

כשמדברים על "אפריטיבו" באיטליה מדובר במנהג קולינארי חווייתי, שעות לפנות ערב נפלאות בהן האיטלקים נרגעים יחד עם כוס משקה וקצת חטיפים לקראת ארוחת ערב המוגשת בדרך כלל סביב השעה 21.00. אפרטיבו הינה מסורת שניתן למצוא לרוב בצפון איטליה. העיר הטובה ביותר לאפרטיבו הינה מילאנו- שם הברים תוססים והמבחר של המאכלים וסוגי השתייה נהדר ומעניין. לא מדובר ב"אפריטיף" רגיל לפני ארוחה של הגשת משקה אלכוהולי וזיתים או בשעות ה"האפי האוור" המוכרות בישראל כשעות ביניים בהן מוצעות הנחות על קוקטיילים.

צמד הברמנים המובילים עומר גזית-שלו וריי וויט יהפכו את החלל של מלון הבוטיק WhiteVilla בשדרות בן-ציון לבר איטלקי וקליל, שמגיש משקאות מבוססי מרטיני ושאר התוצרת האיטלקית המעולה.

במסגרת ערבי "L’inizio" יוגשו נשנושים נפלאים וטעימים של השף אורן אסקיו בסגנון חופשי לשולחנות, בהזמנת 2 קוקטיילים במחיר מיוחד של 120 ₪.

בנוסף, יוצע תפריט "נגרוני" בהרכבה אישית, עם 256 ואריציות שונות, כאשר אורח רוצה להזמין נגרוני, הוא מקבל דף מרכיבים ומוזמן לסמן את המרכיבים שהוא רוצה בקוקטייל – והברמן מכין עבורו קוקטייל בהתאמה אישית! רשימת המרכיבים כוללת מרכיבים אקזוטיים כמו מרטיני מתובל בליקריץ וכוכבי אניס, ג'ין מתובל באורגנו ועוד.

המיקום הנהדר של המלון מבטיח חוויית בילוי שלמה ומהנה כך שהמבלים יוכלו להגיע לערב שלם בבר או רק ל"כוסית קטנה" ליד אחד ממתחמי התרבות בקרבת המקום (הבימה, היכל התרבות, צוותא ועוד). האווירה התרבותית תחל כבר בבר כאשר את הערבים המיוחדים תלווה להקה שתנגן מוסיקה איטלקית בלייב.
