You may have seen some of my stories lately showing you around our new flat. A lot of you may not. And therefore, for you readers rather than watchers out there, I wanted to summarise those videos in a few photographs for some homeware and particullary livingroom furniture inspiration.

We could not be happier with our new flat, our new local area and everything surrounding it. We have really tried to put our own stamp on the interiors; it’s kind of hard not to when you have built up so much home ‘stuff’ over the last 5 years. But we also wanted to add even more personality into the place and pick up new furniture that have made out new flat into a home!

They typically say that the kitchen is the heart of the home, but arguably the living room is just as much the heart of any home. After all, it is a room in which people live; they share stories, they watch television late at night. They drink tea with company.

Indeed, the living room is certainly the soul of the house.

Practically speaking, the living room serves as an area of both relaxation and socializing. A room tasked with mastering both comfort and formality, or rather function and aesthetics, it is a room that is important to get right.

To that end, your choice of living room furniture becomes integral to the living room, shaping it and even imparting mood and comfort. With that in mind, we designed our new livingroom with furniture we picked at Urban: The 'BONITA' Sofa & The 'SCANDI' couch in an amazing blueish color.

חלק מכם אולי ראיתם לאחרונה בסרטונים שאני מעלה בסטורי אותי מראה מסביב את הדירה החדשה שלנו. אבל הרבה מכם לא… ולכן עבור הקוראים שם בחוץ (ולא העוקבים בסטורי) רציתי לסכם את קטעי הוידאו האלו בכמה תמונות עבור השראה לעיצוב הבית.

מצד אחד במשך הזמן (5 שנים ביחד) לפני שעברנו לדירה החדשה צברנו המון פריטים ומצד שני רצינו גם להוסיף עוד יותר אישיות למקום ולבחור רהיטים חדשים שיקנו לדירה החדשה תחושה של בית!

תמיד אומרים כי המטבח הוא הלב של הבית, אבל ניתן לטעון שהסלון הוא בדיוק מרכזי וחשוב עבור הבית. אחרי הכל, זה החדר שבו אנשים חיים; חולקים סיפורים, צופים בטלוויזיה, שותים קפה או בירה ומארחים בו חברים.

ואכן, הסלון הוא ללא ספק הנשמה של הבית.

בדיוק מהסיבה הזו חשובה לדייק שמעצבים את הסלון. צריך לבחור, להתאים, למצוא, לדייק והכי חשוב – לאהוב. הבחירה של הרהיטים הופכת להיות חלק אינטגרלי מהסלון, היא מעצבת אותו ומשפיעה על "המוד" ועל הנוחות. אנחנו עיצבנו את הסלון החדש שלנו עם רהיטים שבחרנו ברשת URBAN: ספת שזלונג "BONITA" וכורסת "SCANDI" בצבע תכלת מרהיב.
